BTC has successfully completed first stage of implementation of front office solution based on Pega Rules Process Commander in bank BelVEB

BTC has developed and implemented product based on Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) by Pegasystems Inc. that automates front-office operation in bank BelVEB. BTC engineers have vast experience both in Equaiton by Mysis and PRPC, which allowed implementation team tightly integrate both systems.

As the result of the project BelVEB users got more friendly and productive user interface, some business processes were optimized and unified, were introduced some elements of CRM to the bank.
